Meet the founder
BRANDON ROSS
FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTORBrandon Ross is the founder of Apex Titan Group and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. His background spans military operations, public-sector technology, software lifecycle governance and aviation.
He currently serves as an IT Program Administrator with responsibilities in SDLC program leadership and AI initiatives for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His earlier work includes enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, remote access and incident response.
Brandon is also a commercial helicopter pilot. His experience informs a management approach centered on mission clarity, risk awareness, resource coordination and accountability.
Through Apex, he is building a management services firm and pursuing government contracting and founder-led acquisition opportunities. His guiding values are People. Integrity. Performance.
