Meet the founder
Brandon Ross
Founder and Managing Director
Brandon Ross, founder of Apex Titan Group, is a highly decorated Marine veteran who honorably served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. During his service, he led complex operations managing and safeguarding over $5 billion in global assets, sharpening his expertise in operational execution, risk mitigation, and mission critical leadership.
Following his military career, Brandon built over a decade of cross-industry leadership spanning in Aviation, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and strategic business transformation. His work has generated more than $2 million in organizational savings by applying lean operational models, streamlined IT solutions, and disciplined financial strategies.
Brandon served as the Enterprise Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Architect within the Shared Enterprise Services Division in the Bureau of Solutions Management at Common Wealth of Pennsylvania. He lead initiatives to optimize software architecture, lifecycle governance, and delivery efficiency. He also provided operational leadership in security infrastructure, supporting firewall management systems, remote access platforms, incident response protocols, and their associated technologies.
Brandon also brings valuable experience in Aviation management, where he led operations focused on flight logistics, safety compliance, and maintenance oversight. Not only is he a licensed pilot, but his commitment to aviation safety and operational excellence has remained paramount throughout his career. His leadership extends to optimizing resource planning, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting aviation teams in high-stakes, time sensitive environments. This experience further sharpened his ability to manage complex systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver results in dynamic, high pressure industries.
Driven by the rising wave of retiring business owners in need of honorable succession solutions, Brandon launched Apex Titan Group in 2025. His mission is to build a legacy focused firm that protects and grows the heart of every business it acquires. With deep-rooted values of faith, integrity, honor, and discipline, Brandon leads Apex Titan Group in delivering operational excellence and creating generational value for the businesses, investors, and communities they serve.
